Please tell us: - which app (KepvelaPic, KepvelaDocs, KepvelaScan or KepvelaAudio) and its version, from Settings > About; - your phone model and Android version; - what you did, what you expected and what happened.

Never send us the private photo, document or recording itself. Describe it, or make a test file that shows the problem.

Common questions

Why does Android ask before KepvelaPic changes a photo? Android protects photos made by other apps, such as your camera. KepvelaPic asks once for each batch you rename, move, edit or delete. To skip the question, turn on "Change photos without asking each time" in KepvelaPic's settings, which opens Android's Media management setting.

Where are my .kept copies of photos? In Documents/Kepvela/Kept, in folders named after the photo folders they came from. Android keeps every kind of file except photos and videos out of photo folders. KepvelaPic shows each .kept file beside its photo.

How do I see all my documents in KepvelaDocs? Open Browse this phone, tap Add a folder and choose the folders that hold your documents, such as Documents or a folder inside Download. Android remembers the choice.

Where are my recordings in KepvelaAudio? In the app's own folder, out of sight of other apps. Use Share or "Save a copy…" on a recording to keep a copy elsewhere. Uninstalling KepvelaAudio deletes its folder.

Does any Kepvela app use the internet? No. None of the apps has the internet permission, so Android does not let them send anything off your phone.

Something an AI feature made is offensive or wrong. Tap "Report this AI result" on that screen. It opens your email app with the details filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
